Exercising

I am starting with a goal...a few actually. :)
  1. fix my knees in order to avoid surgery
  2. lose this baby weight and get down below 120 pounds
  3. get in shape and get my curvy, bikini body back--I miss pre-pregnancy body

I am going to do this by making a plan. My plan is very detailed and I have gone to a ton of websites and read a lot of magazines, blogs, sites ,and talked to quite a few people in order to put this plan together. I am, however, still adding to my plan and writing it all up from my notes so I am not putting up my plan just yet. Keep looking though because it will be up as soon as it is finished. :)
